    The UK strategy team is responsible for the “analytics” deliverables in these three areas.

    Success will require close liaison with Agency Sales and Solutions delivery teams – offering seamlessly connected thinking and proposals, which cover media and drive an analytics agenda. You will be equally comfortable presenting a complicated solution to both agencies and clients.

    The UK Strategy team is a new team in the UK and this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our roadmap and will require you to work alongside other members of the team to scope and build commercial solutions for clients and agencies.


    Your main responsibilities will include:

    Problem Solving and Deliver Results

    • Proactively uncovering and identifying business wide or media challenges, which can be address or solved via the MiQ Analytics suite of solutions
    • Work with Head of Sales and GADs to build/develop strong relationships with key agency personnel to drive long term commercial partnerships
    • Working with solutions and Director of Strategy to scope opportunities determining where to invest our time and effort in order to drive long term commercial relationships
    • Through planning and collaboration, constructing a simplified but engaging narrative via great storytelling, technical explanation and proposal articulation.

    Project and Strategic Management

    • Strategic and project management of the commercial process; from client/agency briefing, idea and solution creation – through to presentation and proposal delivery.
    • Establishing clear project scope, understanding the brief/solution requirements and managing key milestones to meet multiple deadlines.

    Internal Collaboration

    • In conjunction with Director of Strategy, work with Head of Sales and GADs to identify and prioritise agencies and clients to maximise focus and success
    • Build commercial solutions for agencies and clients by collaborating with other key UK strategy team members
    • Work with other members of UK strategy team to develop our UK roadmap
    • Work closely with the UK Agency Sales team, to assist and support client analytics opportunities through Strategic Account identification.
    • Ultra-effective working relationship with Solutions team; deploying, supporting and working seamlessly with Engineers - closing the commercial gap to analytics.

    Creating and Innovating

    • Excellent written communication to build award-winning solutions and presentations, which impact business decisions and answer business challenges.
    • Excel at the ability to curate, innovate and articulate an end-to-end analytics solution from briefing stage to delivery effectively.


    • Experience working within an agency or media owner within a senior strategic role.
    • Extensive experience working within digital, data, media analytics or programmatic industry.
    • Programmatic/analytics-led solution experience would be preferable, but not essential.
    • Experience in building, management and execution of robust account strategies.
    • Proven track record in delivering business winning proposals through client engagement.
    • Experience in presenting media/analytics to middle and senior agency/client personnel.


    • Enviable, precise and market-leading presentation skills are paramount to this role.
    • Experience in building narratives, developing into exciting story-telling and clear proposals.
    • Natural flair and desire to build relationships at all levels externally, agency and client side.
    • Strategic thinking around media/analytics diversification across Client Partnerships.
    • Professional, focused and inquisitive attitude, able to challenge internally and externally.
    • Ambition to scale and grow, both individually and the Client Partnerships function globally.
