Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate EA to join our team in London to support our VP of EMEA Sales and our UK Managing Director!

You will provide support in general administration as well as event planning and project management, including complex scheduling, tracking budgets, planning meetings, handling deadlines, keeping meeting notes and managing communications on behalf of your clients.

What you'll do:
  • Work closely with the VP of EMEA sales and UK MD to manage deadlines, keep track of action items, and ensure documents are up to date.
  • Facilitate key staff meetings by structuring agendas, coordinating presentation prep, taking notes, and organising work streams
  • Anticipate issues and implement initiatives based on changing priorities and commitments
  • Program manage an array of projects and events in support of the org and organisation as a whole, including sales kick offs and customer events
  • Implement operational improvements, working with the team to execute best practices in structuring an efficient work flow
  • Help build a sense of community and culture across multiple locations in EMEA
What you already have:
  • 4-5 years' admin experience supporting an executive
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, including extensive experience coordinating and managing programs and events
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Effectively maintain confidentiality of highly restrictive and confidential information
  • Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Google Suite skills
