Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Agency Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team in our London office!

In this role, you will lead the sales drive of Quantcast’s managed service offerings and our new recently-launched self-serve platform, specifically to UK WPP Agencies. This is a unique opportunity for someone to have a huge impact on one of our most important and largest agency patches.

You’ll be responsible for the pre-sales qualification, sales strategy, negotiation, through to final implementation. What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy and business plan for advertising/media agencies/key contacts and brands in line with Quantcast's sales and profitability goals, with a focus on net new business across WPP agencies
  • Work collaboratively with Account Managers and other business units to drive business goals
  • Effectively & eloquently present Quantcast capabilities and offerings in the digital ad marketplace
  • Bringing in new customers, both through advertising/media agencies and also by influencing direct brands
  • Continually analysing sales statistics to determine growth potential and working towards specific KPIs and challenging targets
What you already have:
  • Minimum 7-8 years of work experience with at least 5 years' sales experience in media/advertising/adtech (or related)
  • Proven track record in managing and developing strategic accounts
  • Track record in building relationships with senior agency decision-makers, preferably across WPP agencies
  • Strong leadership characteristics and an ability to bring people on the journey with you
  • A motivated team player, with a positive can-do attitude
