Join our Criteo Executive Talent Acquisition team, hiring top executive leadership talent (VP and above) across the globe within the advertising technology industry. You will have the opportunity to source talent for Executive Leadership roles across all business units globally. As a member of our Executive Recruiting team, you will own the sourcing strategy for executive level roles, including market and industry mapping and research, job description design, and the identification, engagement, and initial evaluation of executive level talent.
This position is a truly unique opportunity to grow your career not only in corporate talent acquisition, but also in global executive recruitment strategy and execution. It would be ideal for someone with either full-cycle recruitment experience looking to break into executive recruitment and hone their skills with executive talent, or for someone with a strong sourcing background that wants to up level their expertise at the executive level. This is a permanent position with future growth in full-cycle executive recruitment.
