Be there when the market leader continues its growth! As Head of Sales and Account Management, you are responsible for it. You lead a sales and account management team of over 10 people. As a manager, you not only take care of the further development of your employees, but also demonstrate the successful implementation of your ideas through your own sales activities. As a role model, you understand how to motivate your teams over and over again and thus lead them to top performance. A high level of sales responsibility does not deter you, it encourages you. You have mastered the direct customer business and also feel at home in the agency landscape. You can negotiate on an equal footing with decision-makers from our enterprise domestic market customers such as BMW, Coca-Cola or Strauss and respond to the needs of agile direct-to-consumer export brands such as eToro or Plarium. In your role, you report directly to the Regional Manager and represent the demand side for the region externally and within the international organization.

Management of the entire sales and account management team
Increase sales performance and help excel the advertiser segments
C Level relationship building with our different clients and agencies
(Strategic) sales planning
Annual and quarterly planning, budgets, KPI, QBRs
Ensuring the continuously growing of new business and existing customer pipelines
Representation of Outbrain, also as a speaker, at leading industry events
Working continuously with internal interfaces as a representative of your region on products, processes, MIS, finance and content
Using Salesforce as a management tool (data integrity, analyzes, planning)
You are an experienced leader and a salesperson at heart and have at least 7 years of relevant sales and management experience in the field of digital media (especially in cooperation with agencies, brands and / or direct customers)
Motivating and coaching the team is also your passion
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
You have your own relevant network at management level and have an excellent reputation in the industry
You thrive with sales and performance challenges
You use data as your driver, you like to analyze , plan and you l master Salesforce
Your English is fluent
You are clear communicator, hands-on, problem solver, disciplined, never give up and optimistic
You enjoy getting on stage in conferences, leading industry events, in front of clients, partners and press
