Finecast in the UK is made up of an expanding team of 70+ people spanning Engagement, Operations, Client Services, Marketing, Business Operations, Finance and Product, Data & Analytics functions.

The role objectives
The Senior Campaign Manager is responsible for delivering campaigns to the client’s brief, meeting business goals, and providing a best-in-class operational service.
Reporting to the Operations Manager or Associate Director, the role owns end-to-end management of a subset or ‘patch’ of GroupM agency campaigns.
Forecasting, trafficking, optimising and reporting a large number of campaigns across multiple DSPs / delivery channels.
Accountable for the quality and performance of the campaigns overseen by yourself and your team
Responsible for yourself and your team meeting SLA’s
Lead communications with commercial teams around campaign forecasting, pacing and workload management
Make recommendations and optimisations to ensure goals are met , as well as Troubleshooting and technical input to find solutions to campaign issues
Manage campaigns to meet margin goals and increase supply monetisation
Ad Hoc Campaign analytics, communicating clearly your findings and solutions, both written and verbal, including Discrepancy investigation and resolution
Support key business critical projects and build out processes enabling new product offerings
Work with internal and external stakeholders in order to meet key business objectives
Act as Champion for cross functional task forces and initiatives
Work with your manager and your team to meet Operations team KPIs and to fulfil the team strategy
Direct management of Campaign Executive(s), including hiring, onboarding, mentoring and development
Support the evolving skillset, capabilities and responsibilities of the team, maintaining best in class services
Act as coach and mentor for junior team members ensuring team culture aligns with the Finecast values
Experience working within an Advertising Operations, Programmatic Trading or Campaign Management Team, including multiple DSPs (Xandr, Amazon, DV360 etc)
Strong Analytical mindset, Advanced Excel and exceptional attention to detail, comfortable analysing very large data sets
Confident understanding of video advertising and related metrics
Experience in leading projects and team initiatives
Deep understanding of the online ad industry, ad targeting and optimisation through DSPs/SSPs
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Able to form strong relationships with internal/external teams
A strong communicator - who can translate technical detail into a simple summary
A self-starter who’s not afraid to ask for help or volunteer with new ideas
Highly organised, including strong time-management.
