Retail media, the placement of brand-sponsored advertising within retailer e-commerce sites and apps, is growing rapidly as shopping increasingly moves toward e-commerce. Now, retailers can drive incremental revenue by providing tools that make it easy for brands and agencies to manage retail media campaigns, while also maintaining control of the shopper experience. Additionally, retailers and brands using the platform can deliver consent-based, personalized advertising without relying on third-party cookies.
As we are growing and scaling our operations, we are looking for a new Team Lead, Retailer Technical Solutions. As a Team Lead, you will mentor and coach a team of Technical Solutions Engineers through the execution of a wide range of retailer technical account management and support tasks, going from advising our retailers on our integration technical assets to investigating ad delivery issues and troubleshooting platform bugs. You will also work on several initiatives to optimize the team efficiency, implement scalable investigation frameworks, design and rollout process improvements, and work cross functionally to escalate recurring or large issues and push for long term resolutions.
