Job Overview

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for working collaboratively across Product Management, Global Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Training, Sales Operations, Finance and Commercial teams to drive development and adoption of the Commerce Media Platform. Leveraging your deep expertise and passion for go-to-market, you will enable our commercial teams to achieve their growth objectives. As new solutions and features become available, it will be your responsibility to ensure that commercial teams are properly enabled. In the RGTM team, you will act as the solutions expert and will be a main local point of contact for guidance related to the GTM of the company. You will help translate customer needs to enable the product team to build products and solutions our clients will love.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of the GTM plan for our Core clients and prospects, ensuring success of launches across the product life cycle.
  • Coordinate every aspect of the GTM for Core – Reporting, Trainings, Sales Process – in close collaboration with Global Go-to-Market, Operations, Product and Product Marketing teams.
  • Present GTM roadmaps and Product updates to commercial teams as well as clients, prospects, and partners, when appropriate.
  • Proactively collect Core customer trends, insights from the market, prospects, clients & internal team’s feedback to remain one step ahead.
  • Collect and aggregate feedback from clients and work with the Global GTM team to influence the strategy and roadmap.
  • Work closely with your Regional Go-to-Market Lead to tackle the main Core customer gaps to success.
  • Proactively work on projects that drive improvements in efficiency.
  • Identify and lead key initiatives to help commercial teams grow their book of business.
  • Evangelize our new Audience first, outcomes driven approach internally and externally through trainings, workshops and educational sessions.
  • Work closely with product marketing to deliver best in class, customized sales enablement materials.
  • Support commercial teams on account planning, campaign optimization, troubleshooting, product expertise, knowledge, when needed.
  • Attend local digital marketing events and webinars to keep up with market trends

Minimum Qualifications

  • A strategic and proactive go-getter, creativity to overcome challenges, problem solver and action oriented
  • A strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and take advantage of new concepts
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-organizationally to align multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Commercial awareness
  • Project management and prioritization skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience selling acquisition and retention solutions
  • General understanding of the industry’s identity challenges and upcoming changes
  • Experienced in audience-first platforms, digital advertising and ad tech, first party data marketing and/or identity solutions
  • Ability to work cross-organizationally to align multiple stakeholders and teams
