Job Overview

We’re looking for a talented Global Brand Strategist to join a group of incredible marketers on Criteo’s Brand Strategy and Global Campaigns team.

This Global Brand Strategist will help facilitate turning grand ideas into executable integrated global campaigns that support overarching business priorities and objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with Criteos from around the world, collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, growth, communications, commercial, etc.) to help identify marketing campaign opportunities, create holistic strategies and manage collective marketing efforts to maximize results and a seamless brand experience​

This role is an ideal fit for someone with passion for creating innovative marketing campaigns, has excellent relationship management skills, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to orchestrate large projects, ensuring we’re hitting deadlines across multiple workstreams.

This team player will be working with campaign managers, designers, content creators, and field marketers to create and execute on strategies that showcase Criteo to audiences, worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the lead in the ideation, creation and execution of global campaigns, proposals, strategies and frameworks for both long-term and short-term success
  • Conceptualize, develop and pitch big ideas for ongoing and new campaigns.
  • Synthesize critical campaign information and milestones for internal teams, creating proper communication tactics/cadence
  • Track and enforce project deadlines, while leading status calls with internal teams to discuss campaign progress and key business priorities
  • Research and understand opportunities with emerging platforms and trends.
  • Ensure campaign consistency across platforms and channels
  • Act as an internal advisor and ambassador that supports the global brand strategy and planning process
  • Work internally to analyze the results of global campaigns and drive improvements through scalable, efficient methods
  • Continually look for campaign synergies across the marketing organization, in order to streamline future activations and processes

Who You Are & What You Bring:

  • An awesome human being that is excited to run with global strategies and campaigns at scale.
  • 3-5 years in a brand strategist role, preferably with large, global campaign experience.
  • You love working in a collaborative environment, and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members.
  • As a strategic partner for many, you know how to roll-up your sleeves to operationalize projects with clear communication and timelines.
  • You have a keen ability to understand complicated ideas and processes and can identify ways to streamline and simplify workstreams.
  • You’re a story-teller at heart.
  • You have impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, never letting the ball drop, even across many simultaneous projects.
  • A motivated, self-starter spirit that not only gets things done but also eases, and even improves the process.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors, projects, and stakeholders at one time.
  • Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics a plus.
  • Proficient in project management systems is a plus.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
