The RTB Manager is responsible for owning the commercial relationship between Criteo and our SSP partners, driving the planning and execution of Criteo’s strategic priorities with key supply platforms in the industry. The role requires internal and external cross-team collaboration with Analytics, Technical Account teams, Product and both Demand and Publisher-facing Commercial teams. The goal of this position is to develop meaningful relationships with key partners while ensuring Criteo’s access to premium supply across global markets.
Criteo is looking for a commercial facing individual with experience developing strategic Supply business relationships, working in cross-functional teams, developing and advocating product and engineering needs, and driving data proven initiatives. We are looking for someone with experience in managing complex relationships and with a deep knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem.
What you’ll do
Own the commercial relationship between Criteo and key SSP partners, engaging with senior level stakeholders to maintain client satisfaction and drive business outcomes
Identify, develop, and close multi-year commercial strategic partnership agreements with new and existing global supply partners
Work in conjunction with Product and Engineering teams to onboard new RTB partners and optimize existing relationships
Strategically navigate and influence organizations to negotiate unique access and opportunities for Criteo Supply
Lead cross-functional projects to unlock and maximize new opportunities, specifically in CTV and audio
Stay up to date on all industry news and trends, especially developments in regulations related to privacy and identity, and be able to communicate to key stakeholders internally
Who you are
3+ years of advertising technology or online advertising experience, with an understanding of RTB (Real-Time Bidding) and the AdTech ecosystem
Experience building complex, new business partnerships with strong negotiation and influencing skills; preferred experience working within Programmatic and/or with SSP/Video/CTV platforms
Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment (both Business Development and Technical), with excellent communication and project management skills
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online performance metrics
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and business development goals
Self-motivated, team-oriented, creative, collaborative, well-organized and an exceptional leader
