We are looking for someone who can coordinate and direct the activities of customer service staff, resolve customer questions or complaints, and develop programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance. In this role, you will work with internal teams to represent DIY customer needs in order to improve the customer experience, helping organizations deliver exceptional customer service and develop customer relationships.
You will utilize your product and network knowledge to help our customers plan and execute high performing campaigns.
