Job Overview

Criteo is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build and own its digital demand center. This is a global role within the Marketing Operations Team, focusing on the creation of a Global Demand Center for Criteo that will help with the strategizing and execution of Global Digital Programs. This position plays a critical role in our demand generation engine and is responsible for the data, tools, and execution needs for the Marketing team to reach pipeline contribution targets.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Building and operating the Criteo Demand Center, with the goal of centralizing, streamlining and executing all global and local digital programs.
  • Partner with Program Managers to strategize, plan and execute global programs for Product Launches and Awareness (ABM, Display, SEM, Email Marketing…)
  • Own and track the Global Programs budget.
  • Design, document and circulate processes, templates and best practices for program design in central and local markets.
  • Act as a business and trusted partner for local marketing teams, by ensuring local programs are scoped and execution is supported.
  • Own the design and implementation of central lead routing and nurturing processes to ensure an optimized and performing buyer’s journey in core markets.
  • Partner with the Marketing Ops and Analytics team to optimize our lead management infrastructure, lead scoring and grading and reporting capabilities.

Role requirements:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of demand gen programs
  • Analyse and report on demand gen performance and develop multi-touch attribution modelling
  • Present results and provide strategic insight to drive investment and execution decisions
  • Own and manage Marketing tech stack, including the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new and existing tools
  • Provide administrative support and enable end users to ensure and maximize usage, efficiency, and value of Marketing tools
  • Manage database hygiene and systems integration needs and requirements
  • Uncover and address areas for improvement within our current tools, systems, and processes
  • Assist with procurement process and budget planning, spend, and ROl analysis

Experience required:

  • Prior Marketing Operations experience with Digital Marketing & channels expertise
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Process oriented, analytical, self-starter with high attention to detail
  • High energy, collaborative team player with an analytical mindset
  • Strategic problem solver with excellent communication and organization skills
  • Proficient with a wide range of Sales and Marketing technologies (Salesforce.com, Pardot, Unbounce, Splashthat, GoogleAnalytics, Wrike, Jira, etc.)
