Job Overview

Reporting directly into the VP of People, the Senior HR Manager will play a pivotal role as Captify continues to scale and evolve. As a key member of the HR management team, you will work in partnership with our Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Talent Development to deliver against our Global People Strategy.

You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our global HR operations including, but not limited to, onboarding, payroll, benefits, immigration, global mobility and employee relations. You will be fundamental in the development and support of initiatives to drive Captify’s culture across our multiple markets (UK, France, Spain, Italy, Kyiv, Australia and North America, as well as employee experience and other People programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the implementation of the People Team’s initiatives in line with Captify’s people strategy and organisational objectives
  • Ensuring a consistent, efficient and accurate HR Operations delivery globally across the employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee the management of the successful delivery of HR administration (full employee lifecycle) and annual HR activity and maintenance of HR files and data
  • Lead and develop the People Business Partners and HR & Payroll Assistant, to ensure they are meeting their own career ambitions as well as delivering best in class performance
  • Ensuring key Captify People policies and processes are updated and embedded within the organisation.
  • Leading Captify programmes regarding employee engagement, compensation and benefits and performance
  • Working to ensure Captify managers are prepared and confident to deal with People matters and providing operational counsel on complex people issues.
  • Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better employee experience and a high performance, engaging culture.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion tied to our results to promote a stronger, better company.
  • Collaborating with the VP of People to ensure initiatives, policies and processes within Captify are implemented and supported consistently across the global business as we expand and scale.
  • Continually seek input from key internal stakeholders and feed this intelligence into HR strategy development and ongoing refinement.

REQUIREMENTS:

What you need to be successful:

  • Be an accomplished HR generalist, ambitious and previous management experience of leading a team of HR generalists and HR administration function
  • Experience of working with an HRIS system (Hibob preferred)
  • Global or international experience preferred
  • Ideally you will have experience working in a related industry; ideally in an adtech, mar tech, media agency or publisher brand
  • Be able to demonstrate breadth of technical expertise and leadership on standards of work, finding solutions and continuous improvement
  • Proven experience and confidence in challenging as well as supporting all manager levels through coaching
  • Be an influencer, working across Captify with managers and directors to ensure People policy and employee engagement initiatives are rolled out and fully embraced.
  • Happy to deal with ambiguity, fluid situations and changing deadlines
  • Able to balance priorities with the ability to handle the day to day workload as well as projects
  • Be an ambassador and champion of the goals and values of Captify.
  • Fun, team player who works collaboratively for the success of the wider team
  • Genuine passion about Captify and a commitment to build a collaborative, high performing, diverse and inclusive workforce
