Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can coordinate and direct the activities of customer service staff, resolve customer questions or complaints, and develop programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance. In this role, you will work with internal teams to represent DIY customer needs in order to improve the customer experience, helping organizations deliver exceptional customer service and develop customer relationships.

You will utilize your product and network knowledge to help our customers plan and execute high performing campaigns. Our team is collaborative, highly engaged, hands on, and passionate about providing the best customer experience possible. We provide a structured environment that focuses on productivity, customer satisfaction, and growth targets, and encourages an environment of creativity and innovation. What will you do:

  • Managing the DIY Customer Success Team.
  • Review and resolve customer escalations.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the team's and individual team members' progress and noting areas for improvement.
  • Developing stronger customer relationships.
  • Enhancing cross-functional processes.
  • Embrace and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Create goals for growth as a team.
  • Constantly strive to improve the team's product, processes, and customer service.
  • Support team members to monitor campaign performance and to suggest creative ideas to improve performance and scale accounts.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ experience in digital customer success with an extensive track record of exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of ad-tech, native marketing, and performance marketing
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Experience in managing employees
  • Salesforce experience or knowledge of a similar CRM system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan strategically and the desire to achieve and stretch goals
  • Ability to help grow your teams’ key business
  • Understanding of all performance metrics, including CPA, CPL, CPI, and ROI
  • Strong communication abilities and presentation skills.
  • A strong time-management and organizational skill set.
  • Team player and people person with a strong collaborative skill set, who is able to build, grow, and leverage relationships.
  • Self-starter with a curious nature
