Job Overview

This role will specifically focus on supporting the increasingly important North American Key Accounts business.

Working hand-in hand with Key Accounts leaders, you will act as trusted advisor, driving Business Planning and Strategy: including business partnering, forecasting, pipeline management, revenue generating initiatives, compensation and reporting. You will coordinate all Sales Operations efforts for this revenue stream and build strong business partnering relationships with his/her direct reports.

The successful candidate will:

Possess strong business acumen, a solid understanding of sales operations ideally with previous experience in advertising technology, e-commerce or enterprise software. Be highly data driven, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Key Accounts leaders to grow Criteo’s Agency business at scale
  • Build relationships with regional management to become a true business partner
  • Act as a main PoC for all topics related to the North America’s Key Accounts business
  • Manage quarterly Business Planning processes and surface local challenges to management
  • Perform advanced analyses, often under tight deadlines, in order to drive recommendations and support the Key Accounts business growth
  • Develop detailed presentations and convey information to senior level staff across multiple functions
  • Contribute to compensation plan design and commissions administration for the Key Accounts org
  • Develop, maintain and update systems critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and commercial team performance metrics
  • Facilitate CRM Support for the sales/account management teams
  • Coordinate training to end users on new sales tools, processes, and best practices in your regions
  • Develop strong project management skills to support our growth and organizational changes

Who You Are

  • 4-5 years of work experience in Sales Operations/Data Analytics or Consulting/Financial planning with increasing responsibilities
  • Strong presentation skills required
  • Demonstrated track record of cross-functional work and business partnering
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships to foster effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ability to translate data into business insights & recommendation
  • Analytical, highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic
  • Ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills/Expertise essential
  • Experience with compensation management is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Anaplan is a plus
