Job Overview

We hire the best and brightest from the industry and we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP of Commercial, North America and the rapidly growing Commercial team. Our Executive Assistants are the glue that holds teams together and we are looking for someone who is excellent at multitasking, extremely detail-oriented and a great communicator. You will have a bird's eye view of everything it takes to run a high-growth Commercial team and also work cross functionally with the other executive assistants from the Marketing, Legal, Product, Engineering and Global teams.   • Represent the VP Commercial in frequent interaction and coordination with C-Level leaders and their respective admins, both internally and with external client partners
  • Maintain a sensitive and complex executive calendar, demonstrating composure, tact and flexibility regardless of competing priorities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the team functions, and field requests and inquiries from members, making a point to be available and approachable to everyone
  • Ensure VP Commercial is prepared for all meetings and events, and assist with preparation of materials
  • Schedule domestic/international travel with the impeccable attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment and with a team distributed acro

Team Support

  • Maintain budgets and purchasing orders, monthly expense filing
  • Planning, setup and execution of team parties, management offsites, and office events
  • Assist with team hiring
  • Participate in and contribute to Quantcast corporate culture
  • Assist additional senior team members on an as-needed basis

Commercial Processes & Ad Hoc Projects

  • Frequent interaction and coordination with VP’s Chief of Staff
  • Work closely with VP Commercial’s Chief of Staff to find new and efficient ways to create and maintain systems and processes to help maximize the VP's time, including weekly reporting, goal setting, and team meetings
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identifying and filling gaps
  • Independently administer special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years in an Executive Assistant position, ideally in a sales organization
  • Experience working with senior executives and clients required
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Innate passion for learning, enjoys taking on new tasks and projects, and excels at being mindful of details
  • Highly collaborative and proactive
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator
  • Experience or interest working in adtech strongly preferred
