We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and ambitious programmatic led sales individual to work with our commercial team at Publisher Collective with a focus on maximizing programmatic ad revenues across display, mobile and video – within the Games Entertainment/Entertainment categories.
The role will include answering briefs/RFP’s (focused on PMP/PG delivery), understanding client opportunities, selection of relevant audience collateral, and helping chart growth from an existing agency/client base and developing new trading relationships
You will need to have substantial relevant online advertising sales experience with familiarity and knowledge of the media agency landscape being essential and have pre-existing excellent relationships within main agencies, holding companies and/or DSPs/SSPs. The candidate will have a strong track record of programmatic supply side, demand side or buy-side acumen, excellent presentation skills and successful account/relationship management with demonstrated ability to close deals and hit revenue targets.
You will be responsible for:
Present and sell Publisher Collective audiences programmatically via meetings with existing Client and/or Agency marketing decision makers
Grow relationships at all levels within agencies and increase understanding of how Publisher Collective can create deeper partnerships with both agencies and advertisers
Organize teams internally to respond to briefs/RFP’s and develop pitch decks
Fully immerse yourself in the Games entertainment/Entertainment market, keeping your finger on the pulse and developing new business opportunities via programmatic trading
Demonstrate strategic and critical thinking based on Agency/Client activity, what current Agencies/Clients are similar, and nuances that are unique and can help differentiate to win partnerships
In depth knowledge of programmatic platforms (Ad servers, DSP’s, SSP’s, DMP’s, & other intermediaries used for programmatic trading)
Daily maintenance of reporting/CRM tools to update sales management on account activity
Provide revenue forecasting and programmatic line projection reports on a weekly basis
You will have/be:
Digital sales professional with minimum substantive and demonstrable experience working at a Publisher, DSP, Ad Network, Agency or Trading desk in a commercial role
Comprehensive knowledge of advertising supply via PMP/PG and DSP/SSP transactions.
Proven successful account management skills with a good business acumen
Able to work independently and in integrated departmental teams
Some established relationships at a senior level within main agencies, holding companies and/or DSPs/SSPs
Understanding of market demand and internal audience/1PD analysis and delivery
Able to think and plan strategically; have strong negotiation skills
Speaks clearly and is comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
Comfortable working in fast growing, rapidly changing environment
Works well in a team setting
Excellent presentation skills
Proficient in using Reporting/CRM systems as well as G-Suite, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
Must have proof of Right to work in the UK by start of employment
