Job Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis team partners with internal clients across MediaMath with the goal of driving profitable growth and facilitating the success of the organization.

We are looking for an Sr. Analyst, FP&A who will drive revenue and expense forecasting, performance measurement, decision support and business intelligence for a portfolio of our business units. Additionally, this individual will participate in broader strategic projects and initiatives such as product pricing, systems and process improvement, and shareholder/board reporting.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a valued business partner to department leaders by providing financial analysis, business modeling and decision support with recommendations to solve and/or improve operational issues
  • Understand and communicate financial results and trends, along with recommendations on appropriate course of action when results differ from Budget/Forecast
  • Design and implement scalable financial processes to drive automation and build efficiencies across the organization
  • Ensure accurate reporting of all financial metrics and key performance indicators to senior management
  • Provide analysis of client deals in support of internal deal teams, and model pricing strategies for products and client proposals
  • Participate in strategic and operational planning processes by collaborating with functional subject matter experts on the process

What you’ll need:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Economics, Statistics or Finance related field required
  • 2+ years combined experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance or management consulting
  • AdTech, MarTech, or similar industry experience preferred


  • Aptitude for financial modeling as well as data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • NetSuite and Anaplan experience strongly desired


  • Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excels at handling multiple tasks/stakeholders; sense of urgency and strong time management aptitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
