Job Overview

Our new Performance Publishers and Search global team is seeking an energetic, customer- and data-obsessed Account Manager to support our growing team. You’ll work closely with a close-knit, global team as well as various internal stakeholders to help lead the success of our clients' Outbrain campaigns and provide thought leadership on content amplification strategies and optimization. You’ll build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with executive stakeholders and savvy media buyers leading the fast-growing industry of Search Arbitrage. These marketers use native advertising to funnel traffic to keyword-specific Search Engine Results Pages (i.e. Yahoo, Google).

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and self-starter - proactive and committed to maximizing revenue and creating new business opportunities by using clear judgement and problem-solving capabilities. Most importantly, this person knows – if it isn’t fun, it isn’t worth it!

Responsibilities:

· In your first month, you should find your bearings, begin to grasp the Outbrain products and start to build key internal and external relationships. You should feel comfortable navigating our internal systems and will start communicating with clients. You’ll be responsible for the planning, implementation, reporting and optimization of campaigns.

· Within three months, you’ll be the day-to-day contact for a global book of clients, helping them achieve their KPIs and developing data-driven optimization strategies. You will be recognized for campaign successes and own failures.

· After 6 months, you’ll be an essential member of the Performance Publisher & Search team, substantially contributing to the team’s success by managing the daily workflow for your client accounts.

· At the end of your first year, you will be an important part of Outbrain: as a valued colleague in our fast-growing team and as an expert in content and performance marketing. Your knowledge and expertise will help you support your team and customers in all aspects.

What you’ll need to be successful:

· You have 2-3 years of account management (or similar client-facing role) experience in digital advertising.

· Previous experience in a social/native/display ad platform, agency or affiliate network is a plus.

· Previous knowledge of the digital arbitrage model is a major plus

· A hunger to crush revenue goals, and are comfortable working with autonomy as well as part of a team

· An analytical disposition. You're comfortable translating ideas into actionable reports, as well as digging through data and drawing out impactful insights

· Excellent organization and prioritization skills – especially in a fast-paced and quick evolving environment

· An ability to develop industry-best client relationships, through blend of attentiveness and accomodation as well as confidence to manage expectations and navigate inevitable client concerns

· An optimistic attitude and proactive resourcefulness to positively influence your peers within your team as well as across internal departments.

· You are "outbrainy", i.e. always curious to learn more while remaining open to change as long as the end result is getting things done, and having fun

· Experience in working with stakeholders across time zones, locations, and cultures

· Fluent in both Hebrew and English
