Job Overview

We are seeking a VP, Platform Sales to join our growing team. This critical role will lead, build and manage the sales team for ArcSpan’s entry as a leading audience monetization platform. The successful candidate will have had previous success in adtech related sales, preferably selling solutions to publishers. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

  • Develop, lead and grow ArcSpan’s book of sell-side addressable audience data solutions clients. This includes prospecting, leading and participating in client pitches, and closing deals.
  • Assist in developing the go-to-market sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build trusted client relationships; translate client objectives into product platform and service strategy.
  • Build sales and sales automation processes to help scale the organization.
  • Recruit, develop and mentor future sales team members.
  • Be able to articulate how platform supports integrated, metrics-based publisher revenue optimization strategies including cross-channel tactics and targeted audience data optimization.
  • Interface with senior publisher/media executives to provide insights on platform performance, programmatic audience data monetization tactics and marketing opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively across all ArcSpan teams and departments to ensure performance level “exceeds expectations” for all client relationships. Communicate client expectations, including budget, timing, metrics, status changes and new opportunities to all relevant internal ArcSpan team members.
  • Partner with the Product and Engineering teams on product enhancements and improvements based on client feedback.
