Job Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving adoption of new products, features and services in our partnership ecosystem. He/She works at the intersection of product development & business and balances the needs of each department. With exceptional project management skills starting from evaluating the impact of each initiative over the ongoing tracking of progress up to the final reporting of success the Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in growing our business within the existing client base.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop best practices on the roll-out and monitoring of new initiatives driving product adoption
  • Build a A-Z process from evaluating the impact of a project over monitoring it to the final reporting on success
  • Create a roadmap of upcoming projects and prioritise based on impact and effort
  • Participate in and coordinate GTM schedules with multiple stakeholders
  • Facilitate tasks for the Account Managers as well as Product Development
  • Close collaboration with Account Management & Product Development to identify product gaps or requirements

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of product development & Engage business (especially publishers expectations and needs)
  • Project management experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Persistent driver of progress

Reports to: Director of Global Publisher Success. Weekly meetings will be held to make sure the Sales Enablement Manager is achieving company objectives.
