Project Manager - System Implementation

We are looking for a talented and experienced SystemsImplementation Project Manager to join the Captify team.

The Project Manager will manage complex systemsimplementation projects across the organisation, starting primarily with anupcoming Salesforce implementation. You will be working with the Businessoperations team, as well as product managers and developers within ourback-end, core platform development teams to ensure delivery and to provideoutstanding client service experiences to stakeholders (internal andexternal).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Successfully managing newfinance, CRM (Salesforce) and Business Operations system implementation onongoing maintenance projects
• Facilitating effectiverequirements gathering and project planning
• Creating and executing projectwork plans and revisions, as appropriate, to meet changing needs andrequirements
• Identifying and mitigating risksor issues and ensuring that blockers are eliminated efficiently
• Ensuring that project areprogressing on track against agreed plans and budget
• Measuring and reporting projectperformance and effectiveness
• Ensuring adequate projectcontrols and quality assurance are implemented
• Establishing and maintaining highquality relationships with all stakeholders across the organisation
• Gather lessons learned, obtainfinal project approval from sponsor and stakeholders
