Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for recruitment delivery of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for different departments in New York, London, Berlin, Cyprus,
  • Developing and advertising job postings externally,
  • Sourcing and recruiting of high qualified professionals using smart combination of sources and tools,
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates, organizing interviews with hiring managers,
  • Managing offers and assisting in candidate`s hiring,
  • Providing full support to internal stakeholders within the recruiting process (understanding and analyzing business needs, requirements, consulting on the market trends, etc.),
  • Collaborating with Local HR managers on recruitment issues,
  • Maintaining accurately the database of candidates,
  • Preparing analytical reports and participating in talent mapping projects,
  • Exploring and implementing the market best practices in recruitment,
  • Participating in Employer branding activities and other recruitment projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in external or/and internal recruitment,
  • Experience in recruiting on international markets is a must,
  • Solid knowledge of recruiting tools, techniques and methods, external marketplace/trends,
  • Strong interviewing skills (screening, case, behavioral),
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong organizational skills, focusing on quality and results,
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills,
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment,
  • English is not lower than Upper-intermediate level.
