The Audience Platform was recently formed, and we are seeking additional founding team members for the Advertiser team to build an industry-leading organization to drive product adoption within brands and agencies.

About the Role…

As the Agency Development Lead, you’ll serve as the main stakeholder in generating revenue opportunities for Permutive through media agencies in the US.

Gaining share of mind and share of voice within media agencies is a critical part of the approach we’re taking with the Advertiser business. Building strategic and trusted relationships at the most senior levels within media agencies is fundamental to our success. A key objective for this role will be to ensure that Permutive is part of the consideration set when agencies are making recommendations to their clients about how to rebuild their tech stack for a privacy first world. This role will report directly to the Head of Sales for US Advertiser Solutions.

How you’ll spend your time...

  • Own the strategic development of Agency relationships in the US
  • Generate executive relationships with key decision makers at priority agencies and have the ability to work across team functions (ie strategy, planning, and activation teams)
  • Position Permutive as the industry leader for privacy safe advertising solutions for agencies and brands
  • Working with Product to ensure good Product Market Fit for Agency partners
  • Work with marketing to develop education tracks to address Agency knowledge gaps
  • Generate, drive and close partnership agreements with the Agency Holding Company and Independents, where appropriate/required
  • Set strategic direction and develop Holding Company joint business plans
  • Provide regular updates to management and supporting functions against key performance indicators and metrics (number of briefs received from media agencies, total revenue coming from media agencies)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new pipeline generation opportunities
  • Track revenue performance across the Agency portfolio and determine corrective measures where needed

You’d be perfect for this role if you have...

  • Proven experience growing revenue through working with agency partners, business development and marketing leadership
  • Working knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem and media buying processes, including online marketing metrics (e.g. CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, RPV, AOV, etc.)
  • Understanding of the media buying ecosystem - DSPs and SSPs
  • Entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and cultivating relationships with senior agency decision-makers at the C-Suite and VP Level
  • Familiarity with agency holding companies and strong relationships across the agency landscape

What we are offering...
We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on market information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability as assessed through our interview process.

For a candidate who meets our criteria, we are expecting to pay between $160,000 and $190,000 base + bonus + options
