Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced SystemsImplementation Project Manager to join the Captify team.

The Project Manager will manage complex systems implementation projects across the organisation, starting primarily with an upcoming Salesforce implementation. You will be working with the Business operations team, as well as product managers and developers within ourback-end, core platform development teams to ensure delivery and to provide outstanding client service experiences to stakeholders (internal and external).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully managing new finance, CRM (Salesforce) and Business Operations system implementation on ongoing maintenance projects
  • Facilitating effective requirements gathering and project planning
  • Creating and executing project work plans and revisions, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identifying and mitigating risks or issues and ensuring that blockers are eliminated efficiently
  • Ensuring that project are progressing on track against agreed plans and budget
  • Measuring and reporting project performance and effectiveness
  • Ensuring adequate project controls and quality assurance are implemented
  • Establishing and maintaining high quality relationships with all stakeholders across the organisation
  • Gather lessons learned, obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
  • What you need to be successful:
  • Previous experience delivering CRM and/or Financial systems implementation projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform
  • Familiarity with multiple project methodologies (especially Agile and Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheets and/or similar project management tools
  • The ability to develop and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels in an organisation, including the ability to engage with and influence stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
