Job Overview

The Product Operations Team has 3 main responsibilities:

  • Providing Strategic Support to Product Leaders

  • Enabling Strategic Planning (relying on OKR framework) and Operating model alignment Enabling our Product Roadmap / Go-To-Market Planning and Execution processes

  • Ensuring a dedicated Program Management office for each Product Team

Reporting into the Head of Product Operations, this Program Manager position focus on our Supply-Side-Platform ‘SSP’, and as such will be partnering closely with our SVP Product for the SSP, responsible for defining, planning and executing our SSP Roadmap.

What you'll do

Drive team execution via a strong governance and action follow up

  • Set up and Ensure Preparation and Follow up of the meeting cadence, from strategic steercos to weekly

  • Define and Maintain Domain stakeholders Map / Roles and Responsibilities – incl . Product / RnD / GTM / Commercials / Ops

  • Set the pace of execution – defining and following closely on deliverables, decisions, Owners, ETA and milestones

  • Equip the Domain with a strong PMO toolkit harmonized across domains – e.g. Planning, Action Trackers, Risk management…

  • Connect with key stakeholders on the demand side (DSP) and on Criteo's foundational first party data network to ensure global alignment and synchronization of activities and planning, in line with Criteo's overall mission.

  • Define rules of engagement and best practices to ensure effective and efficient operational functions across different teams working on the SSP platform.

Own OKR Planning, Monitoring & Reporting end-to-end

  • Support OKR and Roadmap Planning – Yearly and Quarterly

  • Own OKR monitoring and reporting

  • Support execution

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in Consulting and/or Project Management and/or Product Management in a Fast-paced environment (Tech, Start-ups)

  • Experience/Knowledge of Product Management concepts (Roadmap/OKR/Agile frameworks), roles, and responsibilities

  • A strategic thinker/Problem-solver/Facilitator with exceptional Organization and Communication skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel

  • Humility, Team player and willingness to learn

  • Experience in AdTech is a plus but not mandatory

  • Experience working with Product Management function is a plus but not mandatory

  • A PPT/Excel master

  • Fluent in English / French is a plus but not mandatory
