Job Overview

As we are growing and scaling our operations, we are looking for a Project Manager for our Retail Media EMEA OPS department. At the crossroad of different teams (Account managers, technical engineers, R&D, Leadership) you will be responsible for the coordination and pilotage of high-stake integration projects on our Retail Media platform by our Retailer partners, from the pre-sales phase, through the integration and go-live, and until the post production.
You will be joining a European team with colleagues based in London, Munich, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Paris.
The position is reporting to the EMEA Retailer Project Management Officer.

What you will do :

  • Pilot top priority projects with our premium partners integrating the Criteo Retail Media Platform, coordinating project teams composed of Criteo Technical Solution Engineers, Account managers, Data Analysts, Creative Specialists, Software Engineers, and in direct contact with partner development teams.
  • Pilot key transformation projects within Criteo Retail Media organization (e.g. Ticketing automation, SLA based operation, RFP process).
  • Supervise Retail Media Projects Portfolio (50+ projects) and integration pipeline in support of the Criteo Retail Media EMEA Steering Committee.
  • Build and evangelize Retail Media Project Management policies and process, in direct contact with project teams and in support of Account managers.
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting standards, adhering to budgets and capacity, and meeting deadlines.
  • Support the commercial teams in the pre-sales stage, pitching Criteo platform integration methodology and standards to key prospects.

Who you are :

  • A minimum of 5 years in Project Management.
  • Experience in web development or integration.
  • Ideally a bachelor's degree in computer science, or in digital business with a strong understanding of technical matters.
  • A structured mindset and organizational skills, with a passion for results and business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of interlocutors.
  • Problem solving and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Autonomous personality and interested in taking initiatives and leading projects.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize and execute many tasks in parallel.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience in online advertising is a plus.
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus.
