Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Labor Safety Project and Labor Protection Project to comply with statutory reporting;
  • Keep signature registrar journal;
  • Updating addendums for passing education of labor Safety;
  • Maintaining signed addendums in designated folders;
  • Support IOW employees with statutory / legal paperwork under HR Admin supervision;
  • Signing employment agreements, addendums related to personal data, filling labor contracts in Employment Journal;
  • Providing employment verification, credit checks support;
  • Managing paperwork with respect to vacation (creating Director’s orders, obtaining signatures);
  • Documenting Sick-leave days, signing Sick-leave lists;
  • Visiting Pension Funds in-person, documents confirmation / verification;
  • Statutory Reporting to controlling bodies (work experience of employees filing papers; forms СЗВ-М and СЗВ-СТАЖ to Pension Fund monthly);
  • Serve as a back-up for HR admin, support day-to-day documents signing, update employment agreements where necessary.

Role Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Labor Code, Civil Code, Moscow City Mayor Order and updates;
  • BS degree;
  • Good English reading and writing skills;
  • Knowledge of the competence matrix.
