The role’s purpose is to have the Latest Estimates roll-forward forecast properly prepared on a monthly basis in collaboration with Portfolio and Vertical leaders, incorporating historical trends, seasonality, similar case patterns, business insights and assumptions, previous forecasts. Another interlinked purpose is to have Portfolio and Vertical leaders to understand financial and relevant operational performance from different perspectives: historically, vs. budget / previous LE forecasts, vs. changes in other P&L items.
The position requires analytical skills to investigate business cases (with sensitive variations), challenge assumptions of business groups, find mistakes/inconsistencies in data, check managerial reporting data.
