The Audience Platform was recently formed, and we are seeking additional founding team members for the Adverister team to build an industry-leading organization to drive product adoption within brands and agencies.

About the Role...

As a Senior Sales Director, you’ll serve as a key stakeholder in generating revenue opportunities with Advertisers for Permutive’s Audience Platform.

Driving advertiser adoption is a critical part of the approach we’re taking with the Advertiser business going forward. You’ll be responsible for positioning Permutive as the market leading solution in privacy safe audience targeting. Building strategic and trusted relationships at the most senior levels within prospects is fundamental to our success.

Support from marketing, sales engineering, product, sales enablement and the sales development team will be part of the resources provided to ensure a successful journey.

How you’ll spend your time...

  • Qualify, build and manage an accurate sales pipeline working with top tier accounts in your assigned territory
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails and social selling with a focus on generating new business within your territory. Working closely with your BDR can help accelerate sales opportunities within your territory
  • Be a trusted advisor across your prospects and take a consultative approach to uncovering business needs
  • Build strong relationships with brands and their agencies through delivering presentations, illustrating strong product knowledge and sales best practices
  • Strategically focus and target your territory to close new business, leveraging marketing, sales engineering, BDR’s and other supporting teams
  • Maintain a strong level of proficiency in market changes, products; including the target buyer, product positioning, major benefits and features, as well as the skills to communicate those benefits to customers in a way that drives urgency
  • Attend industry conferences, events and networking sessions

You’d be perfect for this role if you have...

  • Full cycle SaaS sales experience selling to advertisers. An emphasis on advertising, business intelligence software, martech, CDP/DMP is preferred
  • Proven ability to independently develop, manage and close new client relationships at CxO level in Enterprise, complex accounts
  • Experience building relationships with Champions, Economic Buyers and Executive Sponsors
  • Experience hitting quota of $1m+ of ARR per year
  • Mastered a solution-based approach to selling with experience managing complex sales processes, including working knowledge of MEDDIC or similar sales methodology experience
  • Working knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem
  • Experience as Territory Manager or Team lead preferred

What we are offering...
We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on market information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability as assessed through our interview process.

For a candidate who meets our criteria, we are expecting to pay between $155,000 and $185,000 base + bonus + options
