Job Overview

This is an entry level position and an opportunity for someone to join both our EMEA HR team and to assist with the office management for our London office in Holborn. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career and work on a variety of both HR and office initiatives. We are looking for someone who would like to be based in the office at least 3 days per week, and there will be the opportunity to work remotely outside of these days.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment administration & coordination
    • Working with the team to ensure that our applicant system is being maintained and kept up to date
    • Working alongside other team members to coordinate internal stakeholders, candidates & external recruiters in order to book interviews
  • HR administration
    • Helping to maintain employee records & files as well as logging documents as needed & in the correct place
    • Helping to maintain our HRIS system and updating records to match what is stored in our internal files & system
  • Office Assistance
    • Part of this role will be facilitating the running of our office space in London.
    • This will include sitting on reception, greeting visitors, and being a part of the operations team that help create a positive working environment for MiQ’ers
  • Supporting on our internal office wide events such as our Unity days and Unite weeks, as well as other social events
  • Build effective relationships with people, both within your team and in the rest of the business
  • Acting as a friendly point of contact for people in the business to come to with HR or office related questions or requests
  • Assisting with projects such as new systems, processes and initiatives

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in an HR role is not required but would be a benefit
  • Experience working collaboratively as part of a team in any environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programmes along with general IT literacy
  • Ability to display emotional intelligence
  • Experience with data entry or other administrative work would also be an advantage
