Job Overview

The Product Operations team is critical to the performance and success of Amobee’s Product organization. As a Product Operations Manager, you will support and help lead cross-functional projects designed to improve operational efficiency for the Product organization. You will program manage key initiatives and work alongside various teams within Product (e.g., Product Management, Strategy, UX Design, Business Development, etc.) to identify operational gaps, support the analysis of key success metrics, and report on and develop/improve processes to help our teams achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, streamline, and improve processes to help the Product organization operate more efficiently and meet goals
  • Work with Product team stakeholders to identify operational gaps/challenges and areas of improvement
  • Program manage the Product Roadmap process in close partnership with Engineering to ensure deliverables are met and resources are adjusted accordingly
  • Coordinate and manage resource allocation with partner teams and communicate changes as needed
  • Ensure internal alignment on the product roadmap by partnering closely with Customer and Commercial teams
  • Report on key metrics such as product P&Ls, budget, and platform usage, to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of implemented processes/solutions
  • Support the end-to-end process of departmental and team events and meetings such as offsites

  • Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital media with experience in product management, product operations, or program management
  • Ability to project manage multiple projects, take initiative, and work independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable proposing and implementing new ideas and solutions to improve the process
  • BA/BS, or graduate degree preferred
