Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Consultant is an integral member of the Global Talent Acquisition team and the core driver and guardian of the candidate experience. With drive, focus and an enterprising approach you will shape the candidate’s journey, represent our talent brand and influence the growth of our culture. You will champion our direct recruitment initiatives and work with the TA Director to grow and enhance our in-house recruitment capabilities.

Requirements

  • Reporting into the TA Director – you will manage the direct resourcing and direct candidate journey from initial job posting to onboarding.
  • With a focus on IT / Engineering recruitment, you will capture the Infosum brand and culture and ensure our candidates are fully prepared to engage with the business from application through to interview and offer stages.
  • Work on Talent Acquisition projects that help shape and grow the function
  • You’ll manage the entire candidate onboarding experience ensuring the process is flawless to include: new hire orientation details, background checks, new hire paperwork, and sending welcome email to new hires
  • You’ll help maintain our HR Data Systems (Workable and BambooHR)
  • You’ll support the Global Talent Acquisition team with posting jobs and scheduling complex interviews while providing an all-star candidate experience. Interviews include phone, video conferencing (Zoom) and onsite.
  • You’ll manage our online CV database to ensure applicant information is up to date to include: complete applications, background information and identification details.
Experience:
  • An experienced recruitment consultant that can engage a technical (IT / Engineering) candidate pipeline and provide an excellent candidate journey
  • You have experience with Workable or other ATS
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines and attracting talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other methods.
  • You have experience with G-Suite (preferably)
  • You have the proven ability to take initiative and build positive and productive personal & professional relationships.
  • Understand we are working in a rapid recruitment environment and able to action scheduling and interview booking requests quickly and efficiently
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
