Job Overview

To support the Director of Internal Communications, Events and CSR in rolling out a full internal communications programme across a growing global organization and multiple communication channels. Along with standard communications requirements such as developing specific internal initiatives and campaigns, this role will also require stellar writing skills, the ability to translate difficult concepts into simple language and a desire to innovate in the way the messages are shared with a diverse, vibrant and international audience.

In a nutshell: communicate a remarkable employee experience to engage all our Criteos (2600+ people in 28 offices)

Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the Internal Communications team (5 people) and your manager to deliver a structured and multichannel internal communications plan at global level
  • Write and/or oversee engaging and exciting communications to drive our key messages across all channels (web, emails, newsletters, events, Slack etc.)
  • Support the Leadership team and our CEO in their communications to employees
  • Ensure that internal and external messaging is aligned in everything we do, working with the MarCom community (e.g. product launches, organisational announcements, acquisitions, large news stories, etc.)
  • Suggest scripts for Leaders’ internal talks, town halls, internal events
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Culture and Employer Branding team to ensure alignment of our People Promise (Employee Value Proposition)
  • Act as a subject matter expert; advising customers on effective communications including presentation support, communications planning, developing key messages, creating best practices
  • Develop new and innovative ways to share messages that resonate, in the new hybrid work model context

Skills:

  • Proven track record in developing and delivering engaging communications initiatives and campaigns in support of business goals (4-6 years experience)
  • High-level copywriting and proofreading expertise
  • Self-starter who is committed to the job and drives empowerment and accountability
  • A passion for all things communications
  • Great influencing and negotiating skills at all levels (including C-levels)
  • Fantastic team player who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty
  • English proficient/native. French a plus
  • Tech savy with a good understanding of AdTech, or eager to learn fast about our great ecosystem
