Job Overview

At VideoAmp, we believe in challenging advertising paradigms to maximize value for clients. We do this by enabling companies to execute on business outcomes across their marketing investment instead of more traditional media metrics. We use data and software to help marketers and media owners plan, execute and measure brand marketing investment against the metrics that matter.

VideoAmp is looking for a Manager of Data Product Analytics to join a new team we’re creating within our Product org. We’re working to solve some of the toughest challenges in TV advertising measurement and are in need of a creative problem-solver that can roll up their sleeves to dive in to tackle our analytics request. You should be passionate about all things data and tech, with experience and/or personal interest around advertising and measurement. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to drive impact, create and own analytics end to end.


  • Serve as an in-house data and analytical expert for our internal data and analytics request
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, Marketing Science and Sales teams to ensure data and analytics projects are delivered accurately and on time
  • Create, design, implement, and maintain analytics and measurement frameworks
  • Create, contribute to and maintain documentation of work
  • Derive actionable insights and recommendations from data and analytics request that lead to greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop data and analytics products to support ongoing client and internal demands
  • Develop ad-hoc analyses to support client inquiries and internal investigations
  • Continuously improve on both products and processes, with an eye toward automation, organization, and transparency


  • SQL fluency and an understanding of relational data models
  • 4+ years of experience working with large-scale event-level datasets
  • 4+ years working experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 2+ years working experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS and Github
  • 2+ years working experience in an agile environment
  • Working experience with dbt, Airflow a plus
  • Experience in presenting insights and recommendations to executives
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with linear advertising, digital advertising and identity management
