Responsibilities

  • Develop program operations strategy, and lead program operations.
  • Drive reconciliation of quarterly roadmap, resource planning activities, and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and frameworks for project managers to manage and maintain project plans, ensuring forward project momentum, cross-functional communication and on-time delivery.
  • A role model and coach to others, with an eye on team productivity and helping others succeed; colleagues and cross-functional teams look to you for guidance
  • Facilitate meetings in your purview, ensuring discussions remain relevant to the meeting objective, and capturing action items for follow up. Assess and restructure meetings which are not contributing to advancing or achieving strategic goals.
  • Create artifacts including notes, action items, decisions; perform appropriate follow up, and ensure team members have visibility to artifacts. Build new frameworks and standards to improve content, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Find opportunities and areas of improvement that will lead to efficiency gains in our processes, and create processes with a sensitivity to organizational change.
  • Collaborate with Program Sponsors and Executive Leadership to articulate a concise and meaningful program vision and strategy. Create the strategy for managing program operations.
  • Create operations strategy based on existing frameworks, for complex, cross-functional efforts with lots of moving parts. Create operating frameworks and add to team library. Continuously adapt strategy to suit program needs.
  • Prepare and present status to key partners at regular intervals, adapting established frameworks - or creating new ones - to suit the needs of the effort, ensuring consistent communication across teams.
  • Work directly with program teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Lead proactive identification of technical dependencies and roadblocks to mitigate risks and ensure successful effort execution.


  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to rapidly collect data and move from concept to action, even with imperfect information. A role model for how to get things done.
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate across teams and organizations
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Proven analytical thinking, skills in metrics creation and project management, attention to details, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms; equally adept in communicating upwards and downward
