You will support the APAC team with all areas of HR administration and project work. This role will teach you a well-rounded knowledge of both HR and recruitment in a rapidly growing, fun, caring and exciting business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of recruitment admin – Coordinating interviews, liaising with our recruitment agencies and updating the ATS
  • Managing all aspects of HR Admin – including new joiners, onboarding, benefits, monitoring probation periods, managing leavers process, salary reviews, bonus payments, reference requests etc.
  • Assisting in preparing the monthly payroll report and ensuring all backup is available
  • Maintaining the HRIS and related systems, updating all employee information, and creating new system workflows as needs arise.
  • Assisting with HR projects such as new systems, surveys, processes and initiatives to help create the career opportunity of a lifetime for all employees
  • Build effective relationships and ensure we are creating a safe and secure work environment for everyone
  • Recommend process improvements wherever possible

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a relevant Human Resources assistant / administrative position
  • Proven recruitment administration and experience using an Applicant tracking system
  • Proven record of staying organized, proactive, and attentive to small details
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Required proficiency with Google and Microsoft office calendars and other scheduling tool
