This is an exciting opportunity to join Captify, the Global Leader in Search Intelligence and one of the fastest growing ad tech companies in the industry. Marketing is at the heart of Captify and boasts a marketing approach that goes against the typical ad tech grain – we never want to be another boring ad tech brand! As an integral member of the Australian team, you will play a major role in both core marketing messaging and positioning as well as sales enablement across branding, comms, content, account-based marketing and events (excluding product marketing).
You will be passionate about how good marketing can drive business growth as well as have the ability to mobilise and partner with teams outside of marketing. The team is in ‘building mode’ and so this role will require the ability to think strategically whilst also not being afraid to get stuck in.
It’s an exciting year for the business as we launch a range of new products and as such evolve the brand and the role of the marketing team in driving business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and own the regional marketing strategy, team and results
Partner with the General Manager, Australia on the brand identity, positioning and messaging
Partner with regional Sales and Client Services leads to ensure that our key brand and agency partners are being spoken to effectively
Develop a range of marketing programmes across all audiences including brands, media agencies, publishers and tech partners across the entire marketing cycle from prospecting new clients to retaining our major accounts
Ensure Captify’s Data and Search Intelligence takes centre stage in all of our marketing – taking an insights and evidence first approach
Create and engage in a calendar of events such as conferences, events and thought leadership contributions
Build out a cut-through communications strategy
Create a strategy to showcase client success stories to the market – awards, case studies, joint partnerships
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary and feeding that back to the global marketing team
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
