Looking to hire a cross functional leader to establish and grow the business KPI behind our organic clicks, in this function you will serve as a cross functional leader working together with product, r&d, operations and business to well define the true worth of an organic click and grow it.
Build, Operate and report on a full business unit basis with dedicated P&L
Work closely with r&d and BI to measure, report and improve the organic offering
Transform organic clicks worth into business tangible that can be used in IOs
Identify new opportunities to use organic clicks
2+ Years of experience managing and reporting on budget goals
Proven track record of meeting business KPIs
Ambitious self-starter, able to and enjoys working independently and finding creative solutions to complex problems
Fast learner & ability to learn new technologies and business matters.
Strong problem solving and Capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, making data-driven decisions
Hungry to learn, succeed and develop in a competitive environment.
