Senior Director of Product Management, Customer Solutions

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to run our Customer Solutions team. This role will manage a team that is responsible for the success of our primary products including the Audience Platform for Sellers, Audience Platform for Buyers, and our Programmatic Solutions. This is a unique role that is tightly tied to our commercial teams and is responsible for helping develop the strategy for our products.

The Customer Solution teams will focus on talking with customers and understanding the unique challenges, needs, and opportunities for each customer segment. This team will then take the needs and requirements to partner with our Product Teams to coordinate the development of new products and features. Success will be aligned with the overall success of the products with KPIs including revenues, retention, and more.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of Customer Solutions PMs who own the Audience Platform for Sellers, Audience Platform for Buyers, and our Programmatic Solutions
  • Defining the product vision, goals, and roadmap for our primary products
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to analyze the Ad Tech industry, market, and customers to identify and drive development of existing and new products
  • Drive key KPIs for your products including new revenue, revenue retention, product adoption, etc.
  • Define, monitor, and report to the executive leadership the impact of your products
  • Identify and launch new product lines
  • Understand and expand into new customer verticals and segments
  • Refine product packaging and pricing

The ideal candidate requirements:

  • Significant commercial experience of Product Management in Ad Tech with a deep understanding of Publishers, Advertisers, and the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Commercially-minded PM with experience driving business KPIs such as revenue.
  • Motivated and self-driven with a proven track record of launching new products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Go To Market Teams such as Product Marketing teams to build out collateral, Sales to support customer messaging, and Support to prioritize bugs and backlog work.

We'd be particularly excited if you have one or more of the below:

  • Experience as a general manager
  • Experience with an early-stage company, early-stage product team, or launching a product from scratch
  • Experience with pricing and packaging products.
  • Experience working at programmatic platforms or data providers such as: Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), Data Providers, Ad Exchanges, Ad Networks, Ad Verification companies.
  • Experience collaborating with and empowering Engineering teams to gather context, requirements, and take action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with customer success, sales, and technical teams.
