Senior Product Manager, Cohorts and Activation

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with Ad Tech experience to own the success of our Cohorts and Activation Products in our Audience Platform. These critical services enable customers to build and activate their cohorts. Cohorts represent a group of users that have a common attribute or behavior such as users interested in sports cars. Activations are the integrations that allow customers to drive value from these cohorts by sending them to various partners and technologies.

This critical role will empower our customers to leverage their unique first-party data to build and monetize different types of cohorts through activations that you will prioritize by interfacing with various technology partners.

Sample challenges include:

  • Create and drive the strategy for adoption and activation of cohorts with customers
  • Working closely with the partnerships team to speak with various technology partners to identify and build new activation endpoints
  • Evaluate, improve and increase the types of activations and number of partners
  • Working with customers to constantly improve the cohort builder tool within the dashboard to help customers to create and explore valuable cohorts
  • Own the success of our data modeling to increase the accuracy and reach of cohorts
  • Own and track the success of activations by understanding the utilization and adoption KPIs

You will collaborate with your fellow Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, and others to provide all the necessary cohorts to enable our customers’ use cases from advertising and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in Product Management.
  • Experience in Ad Tech with a deep understanding of Publishers, Advertisers, and the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Experience with targeting data for both open programmatic and Private Marketplace Deals.
  • Experience working with first-party and/or 3rd-party user data.
  • Experience working with Go To Market Teams such as Product Marketing teams to build out collateral, Sales to support customer messaging, and Support to prioritize bugs and backlog work.

We'd be particularly excited if you have one or more of the below:

  • Experience with an early-stage company, early-stage product team, or launching a product from scratch.
  • Track record of ownership for the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience collaborating with and empowering Engineering teams to gather context, requirements, and take action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with customer success, sales, and technical teams.
  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, and experience as a business or data analyst
